I want to hitchhike across Canada from Nanaimo,BC, to Newfoundland Canada. Or at least to the East Coast. If there are any suggestions or pointers. Please feel free to let me in on any secrets. Is it true to wear a towel while going long distances? And also looking for a travel companion who is also interested in travelling to the East Coast.
