Thanks for the message and forgive my links to help above. You clearly know your way around a wiki. :)

While World Wikia is in its infancy, some examples of more developed guides are Czech Republic, Prague, Japan, Tokyo, Washington, and Seattle. A few other interesting examples are Paris plaques, a wiki documenting all the plaques on the buildings around Paris, Churches of Rome, and the 100 places to visit.

I agree that contributors may feel more comfortable on some wikis than others. At World Wikia, we are open to a broad range of contributions. This approach is bounded only by the creativity of those who want to contribute.

Let me know if Wikia can help promote the Maiori project. Also, if a contest is held in schools, community staff are available 24/7 and can focus additional attention during periods when students may be working on the site. Welcome to World Wikia

Hi SabineCretella-

Glad to see you here and hopefully adding more to the Maiori guide.

If you need editing suggestions, please check out the tutorial or editing help pages.

One tip to help you get started -- if you want to make a comment on someone's talk page (leave a note on mine if you want to try), please add four ~ symbols at the end of your talk page posts, like this: ~~~~ Your signature and a timestamp will be automatically added.

Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks, -- BillK (talk) 17:04, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
